Coordinated a successful pre-opening

operation of this $81M upscale Life Care Retirement Community consisting
of 311 independent living units, 42 assisted living units, 23
Alzheimer’s units, and a 60 bed health care center. Attained industry record setting pace of 75%
occupancy in just 120 days. Achieved occupancy rates superior to the
required marketing targets generating annual revenues of $10M+. Designed and developed recruitment and
retention strategies and customer service oriented training programs for 150
employees.

Achieved successful opening and provided
positive leadership and supervision to all aspects of the operation of this
Continuing Care Retirement Community consisting of 154 independent

nursing beds. Directed effective
marketing techniques that brought facility to 98% occupancy. Managed a fiscally sound and efficient
organization by preparing and administering annual budgets of $8M.
